comment form closed?

| Mahi | Hi, I just downloaded to update to WP User Frontend Pro. After completing the download it shut off comments on any new post. I checked all the settings and they are allowing comments. This happened right after updating the Pro plugin. Is there a new setting somewhere? Thanks, |

| Yes, there is comment status option added in the form Post Settings tab. But if settings wasn’t saved yet, the option should skipped. Other than that, no other option shouldn’t turn off the comment status. |

| I saved the comment status to “on” in the post settings on the form, however I keep getting comments closed on new posts. I tried reinstalling the prior version of the Pro plugin and it works fine. The new version is having this problem, at least for me. Is there something else I can check? Thanks |

| How do I re-download the plugin since it is Pro and has a fee? Is it ok to delete the plugin in WordPress and reupload my last version of the plugin and then upgrade it? Would this be the same as a reinstall? thanks again… |

| Hello John, Either download it from your dashboard and re-install manually, or just insert your email and license and upgrade automatically from admin area. |
