Nayem Team, I bought products weeks ago and so far been testing and working on it for my clients and they are happy for what they have paid for, but as developing side still it has so many unsolved issues front-end and back-end wise. would it be possible for paid users like us, will have access to a solution post which includes for all the hot issues gathered instead of replying individually, such as pagination seller setting and stock QTY etc. also, been waiting for get replied for solutions is very time consuming and taking days and weeks, if the fixes are there please provide access. however, but i know you guys intend to release the updates accordingly and make money that's why i just said it might for paid users.

I am really sorry for being late. We do not have any plan to create a different solution post. I know you have posted in various topic about your issue. I am trying to solve your issue. Please read those line below-

1. Pagination is not working- http://wedevs.com/support/topic/products-paging-malfunctioning/page/2/ in this topic i asked for your site details to check but i think you did not see my post. Please provide your details i will have a look whats going wrong.

2. Stock Quantity- I asked for you details here- http://wedevs.com/support/topic/moved-reply-to-variable-products-stock-qty-not-working/#post-33798. I did not get this yet.

Please post your reply in your created topic. After getting your details i will help you to fix those issue.

pagination and stock qty those are killing issues should be fixed before put it on sale. thanks!

Hello Ji Yu,

We have already fix our pagination problem. Now we are in testing. After finishing our test i will inform about that. Pagination problem was happening because of WordPress new version. Please allow me some time and i will inform you about the fix.

Nayem,

thank you and I know you been working harder to make up whatever development’s leftover, do people have to wait months and months just for a must patch?

some issues are killing machine like “pagination and stock qty”.

if there is lot of labour work please provide a online tut for paid users rather than just asking admin access around. we are not developer but we read tut if this is available. thanks!

Hello Ji yu,

I am really sorry for you inconvenience. Now pagination and stock quantity issues are fixed. We always try to write some documentation for our customer to easily solve their common issue. We will write more documentation for our user to get the right way to fix some common issue. You can update your plugin to v1.4. It will solve your pagination and stock problem. We have lots of requirement of feature right now and we are working for them. You will be happy to know that we will release again a new version with some new feature.
