Compatibility Issue with latest plugins of Doken and Woo Commerce

| towhid | Hello, We have updated the version of Dokan plugin and Woo commerce. since then we are using the problem that email notification feature is not working as user registers, he gets the email, for order he gets the email. None of the email notification feature is working. http://qm-kunden.de/subdomains/fn/, this is older plugins, earlier on it email notification feature is working, but if we will update it well. then email notification feature will stop working. We have tested it at our end, I think this is compatibility issue. New updated plugins URL is- http://qm-kunden.de/fn/ We have already installed the SMTP plugin by using this it testing email function is working from the SMTP plugin. But woo commerce notification (new order, reset password, order etc) email notification is not working. Please check it what is the issue. We can provide you admin, FTP etc all the Credentials whatever you need. Please get back to us asap. Thanks |

| Hello Sawan, I have tested the site and noticed that no email is going out. I have also reproduced this issue to my trail site but failed. Everything is working fine for me. Did you customize the theme? Thanks |

| Hi I tried that link which you sent, but that information is of no use for me. This site is not hosted on GoDaddy server. New version has a feature named Add a new product select multiple categories from the front end dashboard, that’s why we have to use the latest version only because of this feature. Can you make this feature available in older version, that I can satisfy my client with older version. Try to resolve this issue in the latest version. We are waiting for your positive response. I hope this time you will come up with appropriate resolution. Thanks |
