Contact The Seller not showing

Carla	Hi, I have Dokan up and running (thanks guys), but on the Sellers Page it is not displaying the Contact the Seller info/sidebar? (Both are selected in the Dokan - Settings - General (Show Contact Form on Store Page and Enable Store Sidebar from Theme). It is the Dokan Theme I am using. Instead I have a Product Categories sidebar? Can you help, please as this is an essential part of out site. Thanks, Carla P.S. the site is www.totallytemplates.co.uk if you need to see.
