Sk There's major problem with this theme and cookies / cache. I can't expect the customers on my site to keep deleting their cookies or cache when problems arrive. That's ridiculous. I can only explain what happens. People update their store but can't see the updates on their end. I enabled sellers but on their end its still saying not enable to sell. It happens in firefox , Google chrome , and IE . I have no plugins installed except for woocommerce. I believe the problems everyone is having is because of the cookies / cache .

Hi Mike

I do not think this is an issue with Dokan.

Our site has been running flawlesley after the initial setup so you may be having server/configuration issues.

Maybe a permission setting that is not filtering to the front end?

Hello Mike,

Please check from seller profile if the seller is enable for selling. if not please check ‘enable selling’ option.
