I created a custom type with a custom field using “Types” wordpress plugin.
The custom field is meant to store the url of an uploaded image.
In the form i created with WP Frontend Pro, i added image from the custom fields section under the form elements area and assigned it the meta value of the custom field i earlier created with “Types” plugin.
I also selected the custom post type i created with “types” plugin in post settings tab of the form editor page.
When i upload an image from the form created, i found out that-
1. the image was stored in the wp_posts table and assigned the attachments post type even though i had assigned it to the custom post type i created earlier
2. what was stored as the meta_value table of my custom field(meta_key) was the ID of the attachment and not the url of the image.
