"Custom" post type showing options for "Post" post type

Sekander Badsha Hello, When creating a form I chose to use a custom type from a plugin but I don't see the categories for this custom type but only for the wordpress default "post" type. In fact, no matter what post type I choose the available categories are always from the "post" post type only. We should be able to see/use in the forms the categories for a given/chosen post type, including the custom ones. Very important!! Please help. All plugins are disabled. Thanks,

Hello Karlos,
You’re not supposed to get the custom post type from another plugin when its disabled. If you can’t see the custom post type even after enabling it, you should provide your admin login credentials in a private reply. We’ll see what’s going wrong there.
