Yes I know that step..
What I need is to know how to create a custom post type that will appear in that list.
Ex: Rates
And that I can display this post type “rates” in the dashboard.
Thx

You can show rates in your dashboard like this: [wpuf_dashboard post_type="rates"].

Ok.. but I have to create a post category?
The shortcode is not the problem.. the problem is to get this post type “rates”
in my wordpress dashboard when I configure a form.
Thx

Yes, you have to create a Custom Post Type and create a form for this Custom Post Type in front end to allow users publish.
Use the plugin http://wordpress.org/plugins/custom-post-type-ui/ as @DenisCGN wrote and then create your form on WPUF.

Look documentation

If you want to display a specific post type, you need to mention that. For example, if you want list event instead of post, you can use

[wpuf_dashboard post_type=”event”].

Change Event with rates

Thank’s for the answer!
Now I’m able to post in my custom post type.. but in my wpuf form, I’m loosing all my categories cause they are related to the post type “product” in woocommerce!
How can I create categories under my new post type?
Thx
