Nayem Hi, How can i set up to make the sender/customer to pay the Paypal fee in a chained or parallel transaction? Thanks Regards Jacky

Hi

I do understand the payment process. What I want to know is how can I set up the Dokan adaptive payment plugin to make the customer pays the PayPal transaction fees for a chained payment transaction. The document that you have provided doesn’t mention anything about that.

Can you advise?

Hello,

You can use the adaptive system and fees will handle by the PayPal rules. Primary receiver will pay paypal fee. So if you are using chained payment then admin will pay the fee and for parallel every user will pay PayPal fee.

But customer can not pay PayPal fee.
