When shipping is disabled – either on the “seller level” or “per product level”, both cart and check-out page say shipping “(free)”. Am I doing something wrong? This is not logical to assume “disabled = free”. How do I change “(free)” to “contact seller”?
You can check WooCommerce>Settings->Shipping and check your shipping method. If you disable it will show free shipping. This option is coming from WooCommerce so you may require customization in their file o get this feature.
