Display a custom message on redirected page after every newly created post

Jagan	I have the following settings Post Status : Pending Review After successful submit, where the page will redirect to Newly created post I wish to display a custom message below the title which reads "The post is presently in pending review, It will go live in less than 8 hours." How to display this custom message in the redirection page?

Jagan	Yes, that can be done. But i thought, i can give users to preview the message created before it’s getting approved. So they most likely know how it will look like when approved, and also they will correct any errors formating etc. So i thought it will be better if users sees the newly created page after saving, along with some static message at the top. Is there any way to read the status of the post during newly created page redirection and to display a small message? I don’t even want this functionality to be part of plugin itself, If there is some code i can put in the functions.php such that it displays some message.
