    Hi,
    I am using [wpuf-meta name=”meta_key_name” type=”image”] to display additional images that have been uploaded. But the images are all displayed as a thumbnail cropped image size.

    How can I control the size of the image that is displayed using the shortcode?

    You can pass a size parameter there. [wpuf-meta size="full"]

    Any way to apply some spacing, layout to the images?

    That would need to be done via CSS. May be add some styles on your theme.
