    for some reason,when the dokan per product shipping plugin is enabled, sellers can't checkout a subscription package.

    When they try to check out they get an error that says ‘shipping not defined.'

    I tested your issue but failed to reproduce. I have to discuss with our developer team but they are in weekend at this moment. They will be available from monday. After their coming back i will discuss about this. Please keep patience.

    Please open Dokan per product shipping folder/lib/dokan-shipping.php and comment out 350-354. Please check and let me know.

    @kelechi sorry to bother you here in this thread on the matter but I saw your site http://325.d8e.myftpupload.com/store-listing-2/ and wonder is that Dokan THEME? or another theme with Dokan plugin? I have a couple design related questions for you. You can send me a note to bkh_forum_wedevs (at) startupanywhere (dot) org

    Wedevs support — please are you able to tell us when the next release of Dokan that will have updates to per product shipping is? We have similar issues/ questions to Kelechi and others about per product shipping and some interference with other things but don't wish to get into asking more questions if you are releasing an update soon anyway. We think you are likely fixing these various problems. Thanks! so much! Brenda

    Hello Brenda,

    I can not confirm you about the releasing date of our next update. We are working with some new feature for Dokan per product shipping add on. We will release our next update as early as possible. Please keep patience. We did not fix any date to release because we have lots of work in our hand to do.

    this seems to be fixed.

    @Brenda, yes it called the SimpleUX theme from themeforest using the Dokan Plugin.

    Kelechi and Nayem, I am having the same issue. Which did you do to solve the problem? My sellers are getting a shipping error when they try to purchase a subscription.

    YES, however… I am unable to have a RECURRING SUBSCRIPTION w/o the cart saying “β€˜shipping not defined.”

    Therefore… subscriptions can ONLY be non-recurring (they have to log in and purchase every month, vs auto recur).

    This is still not fixed… I had to “unclick recurring” and change all of my subscriptions to this: issue
