Dokan Seller Registration Form Not Working

Nayem Hello, we just purchased Dokan (1.2) and are having problems with the registration form. When we attempt to register as a seller (filling in the form data and pressing the registration button) nothing happens. There is no message (or confirmation email), no seller is registered in the backend and the registration page does not change. Can you please take a look and see what the problem might be? http://shops.surf/my-account/ Thank you!

Hello David,

Please update your Dokan plugin to the latest version which is v1.3. After updating Dokan please check and let me know.

Hi Nayem,

Where can I find the update? It isn’t indicated on my WP dashboard or on my Dokan > Updates tab. Also, if new updates are not displaying in my WP admin panel, how will we know about future updates?

Hi Nayem, the problem is still unresolved. We uploaded v1.3 but it is still doing the exact same thing and now sellers are able to register.

Hello David,

Can you please open “wp-content/themes/dokan/WooCommerce/my account/form-login.php” and go to line number 97. You will see something like <?php wp_nonce_field( 'woocommerce-register', 'register' ); ?>.

You have to remove the register from that line. So it will look like <?php wp_nonce_field( 'woocommerce-register' ); ?>.
