Nayem I have purchased Dokan couple days ago and was promised to have this configured etc by your team and still nobody has bothered helping me despite sending couple emails. Disappointing start.. But I shall wait another day otherwise cancel my order please.

Well if they don’t then they lose a customer and lost money and I shall go elsewhere with a bad outlook of Dokan support.

If you can check our support forum you can see that there is a banner where we have mentioned our office time. We are not able to make a reply when we are in a weekend or in a holiday.
