dokan shipping not working

Hello there I've created new products from sellers. When I try to check out as a customer, I cannot see shipping costs despite entering my address details. The shipping costs are not being calculated, so I cannot check out. In the backend, as the seller, I have enabled shipping for those products, I have also created the locations that I ship to and the cost. I've set the cost to the UK as £0.00. Is this why it's not working? (it should work, because I would think this is free shipping) Please can you advise what else I need to do to enable this shipping? In the woocommerce settings, I've only enabled dokan shipping and disabled all other shipping methods. | |

Please make sure that you have enabled your shipping method from WooCommerce->Settings->Shipping. Thanks. | |

I have enabled “dokan shipping” from those settings. It’s not working. If I enable other methods, then they would only apply to the admin, right? | |
