We activated the plugin and our vendors have enabled support through the Vendor Dashboard. The Get Support Button does not appear on the shop page. I've made the changes to the permalink, but nothing has changed. The “Get Support” button does not show on my site, on the products pages. Also, a “View Support Tickets” is showing on the My Account section. But I thought that these buttons are listed on the seller or product pages?
