We activated the plugin and our vendors have enabled support through the Vendor Dashboard. The Get Support Button does not appear on the shop page. We have deactivated all plugins except Dokan, Dokan Store Support and Woocommerce and the button still does not appear. I am having an issue with this as well. I created a new account and made sure to activate support. The “Get Support” button does not show on my site. Also, when they click the “support” button on the dashboard, it goes to a 404 error. However, when I join as the admin, my support on dashboard it showing up. Any ideas why this is happening? I've made the changes to the permalink, but nothing has changed.The “Get Support” button does not show on my site, on the products pages. Also, a “View Support Tickets” is showing on the My Account section. But I thought that these buttons are listed on the seller or product pages?
