    We just purchased and installed Store Support. We activated the plugin and our vendors have enabled support through the Vendor Dashboard. The Get Support Button does not appear on the shop page.

    Hello,

    That button will appear in the store page. Please make sure that you are using the latest Dokan theme v2.2.

    Hello. We are not using the Dokan theme. We are using the Dokan Platform, v2.3 with our own custom theme. We have deactivated all plugins except Dokan, Dokan Store Support and Woocommerce and the button still does not appear.

    Hello! I am having an issue with this as well.

    I created a new account and made sure to activate support. The “Get Support” button does not show on my site. Also, when they click the “support” button on the dashboard, it goes to a 404 error.

    However, when I join as the admin, my support on dashboard it showing up. Any ideas why this is happening?

    Hello,

    Please make sure that you have set your permalinks as “Post name” and “Product”. To get this setting please navigate to Wp admin->Settings-Permalinks.

    Hello.. today i purchase store support but on seller store the button not showing?how to fix it?

    Hello Nayem,

    Thank you for response. I've made the changes to the permalink, but nothing has changed.The “Get Support” button does not show on my site, on the products pages.

    Also, a “View Support Tickets” is showing on the My Account section. But I thought that these buttons are listed on the seller or product pages?

    Resaving permalinks did not fix the issue.

    Hello Carlos,

    If you are logged in as a seller then you will not see the get support button on your store page. Only customer will see that button.

    Hello Nayem,

    I just logged in as a customer and still no “Get Support” button. Can I send you access to my site for you to see for yourself? I truly think that it is an error.

    We've visited the store site as both guests and logged in customers. The Store Support button is not appearing.

    i get same problem..just on seller dashboard i can see support menu but, on seller store (customer) the button still not show..

    Hello nayem,,i cant do that, cause i try dokan via localhost.
