Nayem I purchased a subscription pack on my site with unlimited listings using a coupon for 100% off. When I log in to the account where I purchased the subscription pack, I am still getting the message Sorry! You can not add any product. Please update your package. Please help!

Please make sure you have been getting any confirmation message from paypal? If not please diagnosis why the payment is not made with paypal.

That is not the problem. I did not use paypal for this transaction. As I mentioned above, I used a 100% off coupon. I received an email indicating the transaction cleared. Please help.

I am trying that now and am not being given the option to log in to Paypal to pay and an error that says Invalid User ID.

In previous post you said you did not use paypal for transaction. Are you using paypal for 90% off coupon now?

I did not because I used a 100% coupon and did not need to. This time I needed to pay and was not given the option to with Paypal.

UPDATE – I was able to get the Paypal portion to work and completed a sale for $0.01 on my site. I still have a message on my site indicating I can’t add product because I need to update my package. Can you please help me get this resolved? I am very disappointed that this is not working.

Hello Henderson,

Please make sure that you have received IPN confirmation from PayPal. After getting this confirmation you will able to upload product.

I have no idea what that means. I have purchased 2 separate subscription packs, received email confirmation from Paypal that the transaction cleared as both the seller and buyer and still cannot add product.
