    If a customer buys from 2 stores , can i set the plugin to send 1 e-mail notification to the customer with 1 bill wich contains both stores products or 2 emails with the products from each store, but not 3 emails, one from each store and one with all products from each store. At the moment if a customer buys from 2 stores he gests 3 e-mails , two with products from each one and one with all the products .

    The other problem is that in Dokan Dashboard i can see the total sellers , but it doesn`t show me the number of pending or inactive sellers.How can i solve this issue ?

    OK, but could you give me an answer about the other issue i`m having with sellers notification in dashboard?

    It says ” No pending sellers and No active sellers “( although i have 6 active sellers out of 9 ).

    I`ve solved the issue regarding “The Dokan Dashboard not showing the number of active and pending sellers”

    line 1142 from functions.php

    WHERE um.meta_key = ‘wp_capabilities' AND um1.meta_key = ‘dokan_enable_selling'
    //Is should be
    WHERE um.meta_key = ‘{$wpdb->prefix}_capabilities' AND um1.meta_key = ‘dokan_enable_selling'

    Maybe you could Fix this in the next update of the plugin.

    Hi

    I also have the same problem. My site has many sellers and when a customer buys products from multiple authors then it results in too many emails. Is there a solution that the customer will only get one email with all the products?

    Those emails notification managed by WooCommerce. So, By default there is no option to get rid from that.
