    Hi there,

    I am using Dokan plugin. All the email notifications can not be received by customers or vendors. There should be there emails sending out, one to the purchaser, one to the seller and one to the admin. My admin account can receive the email notifications but the other two parties can not receive anything.

    Can you please help me solve this issue?

    I only receive the new order email notification and only the admin receive it.

    Please make sure that you have configured your email settings correctly from Wooommerce->Settings->Emails.

    Just insert your email address and enable every email settings. You can read WooCommerce doc for that.
