Email Notification upon a comment

| towhid | Dears I need help in tailoring the email notification upon the addition of a comment in a specific task/todo list to show which task/todo has the comment been made upon. What settings to I need to mention in the emails settings to allow me to do this. Regards. Zahid Malik |

| Hello Adil, Can you please check the email settings from Project Manager->Settings->Email Settings(Tab). Create a task then comment under that task and send a testing mail ans see the result. Please check the screenshot through this link – http://postimg.org/image/86h06rtv7/ Thank you 🙂 |

| Hi thanks for the message. The issue is that I need the task also mentioned on the comments. The problem is it mentions the project but not the task as there can be multiple tasks under a project. Therefore, in the notification email I need the task title to be present on the email so that it can be highlighted to the concerned as to what is being commented upon without actually logging into the project management system. On this basis the settings must include something to allow the task title to be embedded for this to happen. |
