Email Notifications not working

Matt	Hi, I'm trying to use the notifications but looks like it's not working. I've read this thread and try using mail function but it don't resolve the issue. > http://wedevs.com/support/topic/notification-not-working/ I've also use this plugin to check wpmail is working and looks like it works. Matt	From what I’ve understand notifications are made for admin, am I right ? Is it possible to send notifications to the author ?
