Error: Dokan istallation subscriptions

| Nayem | Hi, in my Dokan istallation subscriptions aren’t working… If I clic on Subscription in the dashboard menu, I’ll be redirect to a 404 error page. Why? Here you can find login access: Vendor Access: http://example4shop.com/benvenuto/ Username: andrea.giacchino Password: Example5041 MarketPlace Admin Access: http://example4shop.com/wp-login.php Username: admin Password: prova2014 I have already read the documentation, but I can't fix this problem buy my self... | Hello, Please navigate to Wp admin->Settings->Permalinks. You have to set your permalink settings as “Post name” and “Product”. Please check and let me know. Thanks. |

| I saw that you are using Dokan v1.0. It is very old version. Please update to the latest version of Dokan plugin which is v2.2.2. |

| To enable subscription in the seller dashboard please navigate to Wp admin->Dokan->Settings->Product subscription and enable subscription. Store page banner- I am not clear about your this issue. Please mark the area and provide a screenshot here. Thanks. |

| Hello Paolo, The banner is uploadint with 825×300. It is showing not perfectly because of your theme template. There is right side bar in your theme. So if you want to remove those sidebar from there then you have to customize your theme css file. Thanks. |
