    I am very impressed with the UI design of Dokan and purchased it thinking it would be a great solution. However, I'm very disatisfied with this support forum. I bought Dokan, installed it, ran into activation trouble when I received the error “Donak: Pleae activate your copy” .

    I searched online and found similar problems in this forum, this I commented over two days ago (here: https://wedevs.com/support/topic/dokan-error-pleae-activate-your-copy/page/2/#post-43183) that my installation of Dokan is giving this error. I commented again after 24hrs+ of not receiving a reply.

    I am back 24 hours later again requesting help. Please assists within the next 24 hours as I've wasted over 2 days unable to move forward. If this is they type of support you offer, I'm truly concerned with what sort of help I could get should we activate and run into any trouble in the future.

    Unfortunately, another day has gone by and I still have the “Dokan Error: Pleae activate your copy” notification. Can you please advise when this will be resolved?

    I followed your request, but it's been another 20+ hours waiting on a solution. That's not at all what I expect as prompt service.

    Hello John,

    Please do not loose your patience. This is not a major issue. Try to understand that we have re-active the license but there are something which is your server IP is creating some trouble. There no chance of create any bug in the plugin. If you send me your server IP address and website backend details through the link I have provide my last thread I can active the licence on behalf of you.

    http://wedevs.com/contact/ and http://wedevs.com/provide-login-details/ has significant difference.

    For the record, I have only submitted information to the links you provided, never to the contact form.

    Despite losing patience, I submitted the information or a second time and, per your request, tested it to confirm it was correct.

    I have just filled out the form for the third time and trust you will resolve this matter ASAP.

    Hello John,

    I have manual updated Dokan latest version[2.2.2] on your site.

    The license is not activating because of some security issues in your server. Please contact your hosting provider with the below details.

    1 – CURL without SNI support
    2 – Outdated openssl: the minimum versions are:

    0.9.8f (released 11 Oct 2007) – not compiled in by default, can be compiled in with config option ‘–enable-tlsext'.
    0.9.8j (released 07 Jan 2009) through 1.0.0 (released 29 March 2010)
    – compiled in by default Anything prior to that will not work and must be updated, not only to support it but to fix serious vulnerabilities issues.
