Nayem Hello, We are setting up Products with Variations using the latest version of Dokan. After creating attributes, it does create the product variations on the product. When we attempt to customize each variation (hitting the Pencil icon under "Action") to set images, sales prices, etc, the product variation pop-up window appears. We enter our information and hit save and the saving icon appears but never goes away. It always looks like it is saving. The product variation pop-up window does not disappear. We see that the page is returning the following error: Uncaught ReferenceError: wp_media_post_id is not defined(anonymous function) @ all.js:745 Going to all.js shows that it is referencing this line in the Dokan file: wp.media.model.settings.post.id = wp_media_post_id; If the Seller closes the window and refreshes the page, it does appear that the information has saved. After hitting the save button, it should automatically save and close the variation window. How can we fix this? Thanks.

I think I’m encountering the same issue.

When I change any product to a ‘Variable product’ and try to save, I get an error message.

Any idea of how to resolve?

Thanks.

Hello Kenny,

Please create the variable in proper way. Read this documentation- http://docs.wedevs.com/add-variable-product/.

@carlos
, Update your Dokan plugin to the latest version which is 2.4.4.
