Nayem Hi, there are several requirements to provide law compliance to sellers in the EU. I saw a thread here, where one of them was asked yet, but I did not see any solutions. Do you have solutions for EU Compliance? Without it, fairly no EU-Seller could legally use a Dokan based marketplace. For example - customers need to accept (with a checkbox) the "Terms and Conditions" and your "Right of Recission" of the seller in the checkout page - Small Enterprise Seller which may not collect and state taxes have to declare this on product- and checkout pages - Each seller has to provide it's Imprint, Data Security Statement, Payment Methods, Shipping Methods on it's seller store - and some more... Thx, Robert

Hi there,

don’t you have any solutions for that?
Could you please then advise me how to develop it on my own?
How can I
– hook in at the checkout page to link to the sellers “Terms and Conditions”, etc.
– give the possibility to sellers to create further pages like “Imprint”, “Right of Recission”, etc.

Thx, Robert

Hello,

You can enable terms and condition from WoOCommerce->settings->Checkout.

If you want to show seller right of recession, terms and condition then you can add more tab in the seller store page. Right now Dokan is showing seller terms and condition in the store page in a tab. I think you can add more tab to insert more data.

Thanks.

Thanks for you answer Nayem,

but when I enable terms and conditions in woocommerce settings, then always my terms and conditions are shown during checkout.
Instead the terms and conditions of the seller of the product needs to be shown. How can I do this?

In my opinion there is no possibility in the seller dashboard to enter further pages. How can I create them and how can I link to them dynamically on checkout?

Thx Robert

Hello,

In Dokan seller can show their terms and condition in their store page. You have to enable this option from Dokan->Settings->Selling option and from Seller dashboard you have to write your Terms and condition.

To insert more menu in seller dashboard page you have to add some custom code.

Thanks.

Hello,

Please open Dokan plugin folder/includes/template-tags.php. In this file you will get code for dashboard navigation menu in line number 295. You can get idea from here. If you are not a developer then you may require a developer to do this for you because we do not provide support for customization.

Thanks.

Hello,

Terms and condition page is coming from WooCommerce. Now if you want to show sellers one then you have to modify. But I am really sorry to say that I am not able to help you about this. We do not provide support for customization. We only provide support for our built in feature.

Thanks.
