Exclude Shipping Cost from % fee

Nayem Hi there is it possible to exclude the shipping costs for a product from the percentage you hold in from a sale? Say: Product costs 10 dollar Shipping costs 2 dollar Total 12 dollar I ask for 10% of every sale Can i only ask 10% of 10 dollar except 12 dollar. because there are standard for shipping costs lets say shipping alwasys costs 2 dollar.

Hello Erik,

When admin will set commission for a seller, he will only get commission from the product price that means you will get commission for $10.

Well when the seller ads a shipping cost of 7 dollar the commission will also go for that shipping cost right?

Hello Erik,

Shipping cost is not included with commission. Seller will get the full shipping cost.

How can we enable commission to be calculated including shipping? Wwe see it used to work that way in a prior version.

Hello Carlos,

By default commission will be calculated only for the product price. If you want that it will also calculate with shipping rate then you have to customize the plugin.
