| Hello Abdalla, First, Please check our support Hours. You have to gave us time to get back to you. Now about the problem, seems like hard cropping is activated in your theme ! Thus images are getting cropped then resized ! And About the Height of the Text area, Your live URL isn’t working, looks like you deactivated the plugin ! |

| i have deactivated before 10 minute , now i have re enabled take a look my problem is the featured image not working go to my page and click on the featured image you can see not working |

| Use this CSS code in your stylesheet. 300px is the new height, change it as you want to change the height of the Text area ! |

| About the Featured Image, There is a Problem in your page. jQuery isn’t working properly. Probably a Glitch in the Theme. Thats why the Featured image upload button isn’t working ! And I tried with image in the text body, it seems to working fine,
