Fix the Product Enquiry / Inquiry form load ASAP

But now I've learned that the contact seller form built into Dokan doesn't always work in all browsers either. Therefore, my customers cannot reliably contact my sellers without product enquiry or a working contact seller form. The contact seller form is NOT the problem I'm asking you to fix here. I'm asking you to fix the Product Enquiry form so it doesn't load the page to point to it. When I load in certain browsers (and friends do on other browsers) the product page loads, I can see a flash of the product enquiry form as the page is loading and then once complete, we are at the proper tabs with description...etc but the page (because the product enquiry tab loaded up fully first) is now showing the bottom of page rather than the top of product page. My reading on this is that some forms are coded by their authors to bring the page load to that form, and that some browsers pay attention to this more so than others. It is happening in Chrome for Windows 8 here and a friend had an apple computer this is happening on. Other browsers seem fine. Please look into this. Thank you.
