Tareq Hasan Hi, Using WP v3.5.1 and WP User Frontend Pro v2.1.4. I have a form that has the following Post Settings: Post Status: Pending Review Guest Post: Enable Guest Post - Checked User Details: Require Name and Email address - Checked It it also using a custom post type. The submission of the form and the creation of a new custom post works fine, but the new post is being assigned to the default user, not the "new" user who just registered when they completed the form. This seems to be different behaviour than what is stated in the help text for the Default Post Owner setting of General Options, "If guest post is enabled and user details are OFF, the posts are assigned to this [default] user". It's important that I'm able to assign the new post to the new user, so just wondered if this is a WP problem, if I'm doing something wrong, or if this is a bug. Please let me know if you need more information. Thanks.

Replying to my own post.

Seems to be me being stupid as problem solved. I am using the Types plugin to manage custom post types and hadn’t enabled the Author field in the Display Sections section of the custom post type I’m using.

Thanks.
