    Hi there,

    When adding a product, in headwaythemes, Dokan plugin fields are not working.

    HeadwayThemes + Dokan Plugin Fail

    Let me know how to fix this.

    Hello Gerald,

    Please make sure that you are using the latest version of Dokan plugin. If yes, then please check for plugin conflict. You have to disable all of your plugins except Dokan plugin and then check.

    There is no plugin conflict.

    If I switch to another theme, the fields work. When I switch back to headwaythemes, I get what you see in the screenshot.

    Any ideas?

    I see the plugin is not stable by many comments in the forum.

    I do not trust people in the backend of my site, I will take a backup first, and then I will get you the information.

    I did disable 100% of the plugins, same issue.

    So you have no ideas??

    All work on the website has stopped, and is waiting for you guys to trouble shoot and provide input/fix for this issue before we can resume any work.

    I can not wait 3 days for support on a tiny issue like this.

    It's pretty ridiculous how you people run this business.

    Very sad.

    I can not imagine having a major issue, with 50+ vendors waiting for an answer.

    You will not ruin my business with this beyond poor support and product.
