|Theodoros Dionysiou||Hi everyone, I'm used to working with other companies where the support is much quicker... Have you any idea how long it takes for these guys to address and resolve issues? I'm just starting to use Dokan, but I can not be waiting for days/weeks for support either. If that is how long they take... I think I will look for another solution. That is the same feeling I get.
As of 5 hours ago, I have already moved onto find another solution.
It sucks to say goodbye to $200, but I have experience similar lack of support from other companies before. It never improves.
I will have my marketing department put out a blog post, review, and feedback for this plugin.
I am not trying to be malicious with the intent, I am simply going to share my experience and encourage other customers to do the same in the comments section.
I can not afford to lose $200, and it’s a big deal. But other people should know, that once their money is gone, the help that they will receive is sub-par with these guys compared to quality vendors in this industry.

No customization need. Just a bug free out of the box solution.
