Hello,

I am really sorry, I did not understand your question clearly.

Do you want to create a custom field for image attachments like with posts using frontend pro?

Can you please share your plan what you want to do with the attachment custom field?

Thank you 🙂

Hello,

WP User Fronted has a feature for image attachment which you can use to attach an image.
wp_generate_attachment_metadata( $attachment_id, $file ); function might help you to change the alt text.

Please check yourself and let me know

Thank you 🙂
