How to Record URL and title when submitting?

Nayem	Hi, I need to plug in all the post [wpuf_form ID = "26"], form content is submitted to the custom Post Type (consulting), Forms need to record post from which submitted the form and post the URL title For example: Submit a form from www.xxx.com/2015/02/02/hello-world/ post page, WPUF Custom Fields should display Source url: www.xxx.com/2015/02/02/hello-world/ and Source url title: hello-world How does the setting WP User Frontend? Thank you very much!

Nayem	Hello mx, We do not have any feature to define URL for each post. It takes the structure from WordPress. You can set up permalinks from admin dashboard/settings/permalinks. Now you can choose your permalinks. Thank you 🙂
