Sekander Badsha I'm having serious problems with the translation into Spanish of the theme and plugin dokan, since they were separated into plugin and theme. What happens is that the language files are not recognized, but if it recognize the old files. It is very rare that happens. Another problem is that there are certain words like the "home" button in the main menu will fail to translate, not the phrase to search for "search for products" results. I need help. Thanks in advance.

Me too, I have some problems with it.
I’ve downloaded .po and .mo files for both theme and plugin. I’ve copy those files to the lanuages folders for each.
I’ve rename the files to es.po and and didn’t work. Neither with es_ES.po and
No changes happen.
Any advise?

the probleme is on dokan theme functions.php
load_theme_textdomain( ‘dokan-theme’, get_template_directory() . ‘/languages’ );

by load_theme_textdomain( ‘dokan’, get_template_directory() . ‘/languages’ );

By the way i translate all into portuguese and some strings arent translated, i edit some php files to translate all theme and plugin.

The names for the files that work in my case were and es_ES.po.
I suppose that it must be the same “language name” then defined in wp-config.php.
