    I'm having serious problems with the translation into Spanish of the theme and plugin dokan, since they were separated into plugin and theme.
    What happens is that the language files are not recognized, but if it recognize the old files. It is very rare that happens.
    Another problem is that there are certain words like the “home” button in the main menu will fail to translate, not the phrase to search for “search for products” results.
    I need help. Thanks in advance.

    Me too, I have some problems with it.
    I've downloaded .po and .mo files for both theme and plugin. I've copy those files to the lanuages folders for each.
    I've rename the files to es.po and es.mo and didn't work. Neither with es_ES.po and es_ES.mo.
    No changes happen.
    Any advise?

    the probleme is on dokan theme functions.php
    replace
    load_theme_textdomain( ‘dokan-theme’, get_template_directory() . ‘/languages’ );

    by load_theme_textdomain( ‘dokan’, get_template_directory() . ‘/languages’ );

    By the way i translate all into portuguese and some strings arent translated, i edit some php files to translate all theme and plugin.

    The names for the files that work in my case were es_ES.mo and es_ES.po.
    I suppose that it must be the same “language name” then defined in wp-config.php.

    You´re welcome, hope i could help someone, i´m getting the nerves with the lack of support that the dev team are not providing.
    I have discover several bugs i reported them 1 week ago and nothing happens:(

    Lazy support here, never seen like this … What about supplements, the general delivery “raw” in the plugin Dokan have bugs, especially with coupons … the plugin does not support all versions of kinds of discounts, which is in the WC … Thus, the discount can only be done on the unit price, not the amount of the basket … The more acquainted with this company, the more I assure that I cheated …

    Plug delivery generally stupid… how can 100% know the exact shipping cost until you gave no information about what the city is doing the shipping?! Russia does not want to work?) Shipping from Moscow to St. Petersburg will cost 15$, and from Moscow to Arkhangelsk 30$, because the difference of a few thousand km… I.e., hypothetically, even within one country cannot be accurately calculate shipping cost (to be more precise to consider all possible combinations), not to mention different countries. In one of the topics I wrote that a necessary intermediate step before payment where the buyer sends a request to the seller for a quote from your city/country of the seller in the city/country of the buyer, and at the same time be specified by the presence of the goods from the seller.

    We are really sorry for the inconvenience. I have tested myself the issue and reproduced. But having the hardtime to find.
