I have checked this issue in our local site with PayPal sandbox. I saw that when I was cancelling the subscription pack, the payment from PayPal has been cancelled. So, I think to fix your issue I need your site details and also FTP details. Please provide your login details by using this form: http://wedevs.com/provide-login-details/. We will check and if we got the issue in your site we will fix this within 24 hours.
Hello Please check your site and subscription issue. We have update the subscription add-on and fixed all those issues. We have checked with a recurring pack and then we have cancelled from the frontend. After cancelling the recurring pack it has been also cancelled from the PayPal. Check the screenshot-
