I hope you had a nice EID. We are facing few issues with Dokan (multi-vendor) theme.
Main issue- When we are creating a new product from Sellers account, we are facing out of stock issue, though we have put the stock in the system. This is happening mainly when we are adding variable product. The stock automatically changes itself to OUT OF STOCK where as variable stock is fine. This is affecting across all sellers and sellers cannot add products as they don’t understand. We are receiving at-lest 25 calls a day regarding the same issue.
Another issue is when i delete the product from WP-ADMIN/DOKAN and if the product is still in checkout the product is not removed even after refreshing the browser. I think somewhere there is a issue with browser caching which is affecting our suppliers who are not that technical. How can we add the Tracking number field for Shipping. Our customer would like to know the Tracking Number to trace their product. We want to have extra field in it so that they can get tracking number. How can that be possible.
You have to make sure that you have enabled manage stock option from Product edit->Inventory. But if you are uploading variable product you have to manage stock from variation tab.
It is not an issue. When user will add a product in the cart and if they logged out then when they will log in again they will see the product in the cart. They will have to remove the product from cart manually.
Shipping tracking number- We do not have such kind of feature right now.
