major problem with withdraw

| Nayem | hello , sellers can't withdraw funds completely , for example : a seller have 14000 dollar in his balance and when he request for more than 14 dollars this error appears : You don't have enough balance for this request . if he request any amount below 14 dollars the request will be succeed . i search the entire support forum and read all of the threads about this problem and do every thing the support team said to solve the problem but they didn't work . i tested more than 50 times with different settings and each time i create new seller and new product and new buyer i check all the settings like : Minimum Withdraw Limit is set to 1000 and 0 , Withdraw Threshold is set to -1 and 0 , Thousand Separator is set to , and . , Decimal Separator is set to , and . in the support forum said that set Withdraw Threshold to -1 and Thousand Separator to , and Decimal Separator to . and i do it and test it for several times . even i delete the plugin and upload it again but still not working . please help me with this problem . |
