Tareq Hasan	Hi there I posted a while ago about how to create a subscription manually (http://wedevs.com/support/topic/manually-creating-users/) but I'm still struggling with this. In the screenshot attached, I can edit the post count, but I cannot change the field that shows the pack. This means I have no way to differentiate users who's accounts were created manually and users who have created an account but have not paid via PayPal yet. Is there any way around this problem? Tareq Hasan	Actually the pack name is never tracked for a user. When you buy a pack, only the post count and validity date is associated to that user. Thats why the pack name is disabled.

tobyleftly	Hi, thanks for the response Tareq.. so the validity only refers to the date the WordPress account was created – NOT the date payment was provided? Thanks.

Tareq Hasan	No, the validity date doesn’t refers to the account created date. It is: date = purchased date + duration (in days).
