    I couldn't import a .csv file. It said this message: “This does not appear to be a WXR file, missing/invalid WXR version number”

    Please advise,

    Hello Steve,

    Are you trying to install .csv file from frontend or backend? Whatever, Dokan does not allow to import .csv file from frontend. If you want to import from backend you have to assign an user.

    Hello towhid,

    I'm testing this from the frontend of a test store account. I thought that this was what this plugin was designed to do? So if a store owner wants to bulk import his/her products from the dashboard, how they do it? Are you saying that I or someone I assign will have to do it for them?

    Where do I go from here since I purchased the plugin from Dokan to allow sellers to be able to upload their products to their store via a .csv file on the frontend?

    Hello Steve,

    Currently you can not import .csv file from “Seller Dashboard”. We do not have this feature. Dokan allow only .xml file.
