When I'm logged in and try to click on the ‘my account' button, it simply refreshes the page I'm on. How can I fix this?October 23, 2014 at 12:31 pm #28930

Please check the following:
1. You have a page named “My Account”
2. The Slug is “my-account”
3. The page is set in WooCommerce->setting->Accounts->Account Pages
4. Your permalink structure is set to “post-name”

Thank you for getting back to me promptly. I have checked all of these settings and they are all correct, however the problem still persists.
I tested changing the WooCommerce page setting to a different page and regardless of what I change it to, it does not link to the correct page. I suspect the problem lies within the WooCommerce plugin.

Please check the details you provided. I can see it is saying that “the shortcode
woocommerce_my_accountnot found”. So if you have modified the page, please make sure that you have placed the shortcode correctly.
And to be sure about the theme issue, you can provide us your login details to check.
