New Post not submitted when I push on "Submit"

Nayem I have created Dashboard, Form for post, post edit and post submission. I can choose post submission and the respective form opens. I can then fill in all information in the mandatory field and I can upload a picture. When I push in submit, nothing happens. I have first to push twice on the "Submit"-button the the form opens in red color saying please fill in the missing fields and the I can submit. The post appears then. But: I do not receive a email "New post created" as administrator. I have the same issue when I go into the Dashboard when I want to edit a already created post. When I add text to the post and push "Update" nothing happens. When I push then first again "Update" then I can input text and after pushing "Update" it dies update. This should not be the case. I know from a older version of my site, that the plugins works. Do you have experience with that. Is it an issue with the theme or could it be that I need to do somme settings with the plugin?
