No transaction data showing in the dashboard screenshots - http://screencast.com/t/6LSBYA2qguub, http://screencast.com/t/nQ9OzAGiT NOTE: Just added paypal email address, no PayPal API username, password and signature. - does it matter? 2. Post status is set to "Publish" under post_type ="product" but the post ( product ) is not showing in the catalog even if the status is live. - http://screencast.com/t/KTEL0Ej8Dpj .It requires me to click "Update" button in product dashboard just to make it visible in the catalog. Katie | I have fix the transaction issue by manually adding profile_id field in the wpuf_transaction table as posted here by one of your customer – 4 months ago. Im not sure if this is a permanent fix as i don’t much time to check your codes. Please also answer my #3-5 remaining question. Thanks |

Sekander Badsha | Hello Katie, Changing the plugin codes is not suggested. Please add your PayPal app details. This will fix your most issues related to payment, subscription. Cancelling subscription by admin feature is not currently available. The customer have cancel his subscription by logging into his PayPal account. Thank you 🙂 |

I don’t think so, Before using live paypal, im using sandbox mode with my sandbox api credentials ( api username, password and signature ) and still not working. Thanks |

Sekander Badsha | Hello Katie, Please make sure you are testing from a live server. Because testing from your PC or your local host won’t allow to get response from PayPal sandbox. |
