Make sure that you are using the latest version of WordPress(v4.0) and the latest version of WooCommerce(2.2.8). Please check and let me know.

I have fix the transaction issue by manually adding profile_id field in the wpuf_transaction table as posted here by one of your customer – 4 months ago.
Im not sure if this is a permanent fix as i don’t much time to check your codes.
Please also answer my #3-5 remaining question.

Changing the plugin codes is not suggested.
Please add your PayPal app details. This will fix your most issues related to payment, subscription.
Cancelling subscription by admin feature is not currently available. The customer have cancel his subscription by logging into his PayPal account.

I don’t think so, Before using live paypal, im using sandbox mode with my sandbox api credentials ( api username, password and signature ) and still not working.

Please make sure you are testing from a live server. Because testing from your PC or your local host won’t allow to get response from PayPal sandbox.
