Hello there, I just recently updated the Dokan Plugin a few days ago and usually I receive notification with a copy of orders to sellers and when a seller has listed a product but I have not been receiving them for some reason. Has their been a change since the update? How can I receive emails again to sellers using the marketplace and customer orders?

Can you check mail are in spam? Also please let me know are you getting any order from order tab in dashboard?

Hello there, thanks for getting back to me. I've checked my spam etc, no sign of any messages, I've even stopped receiving new added products emails as well. I've checked the orders and they have been processed, the only way I knew before without having to login to my dashboard that I made a sale was that I received an automated email from PayPal to notify me of payment delivered to one of my sellers.

I just updated the plugin 2 days ago, along with Woocommerce as well and updated the PayPal adaptive plugin. I didn't have any problems with it until the day after is what I noticed. But its hard to say exactly when as I just found out when I sold today and yesterday evening I noticed I wasn't notified of a new product added. I could take a look at downgrading the dokan plugin again to the previous version?January 26, 2015 at 11:16 am #35021

Hmm somethings not right. Ive downgraded both woocommerce and dokan. Unless there is a delayed effect (although I have deleted Cache) and uploaded via filezilla, I'm still not getting notification of added products via email, so I would imagine orders may be the same. Ive asked one of my sellers to contact me and let me know if she received the order email which im yet to find out. But without me doing anything that I can think of in the last week, the PayPal Adaptive Payments plugin wasnt working out of the blue, but I read on here to update and orders were coming through again ok, but no emails to confirm other than third party PayPal to notify me. Is there anything which could help to resolve this?

Hello friend, I found out the issue! I had recently changed the password for the email account I am using and I also use WP-Mail-SMTP plugin which I had forgotten to also change over the password in these settings. So my notifications were no longer being pushed through the plugin. I have updated the password now and it all seems to be fine.
Sorry for wasting your time, I appreciate your help, hopefully someone may find this post useful at some point.
