| Nayem | Hi, can you tell what is wrong when notification email is not sent? I have updated to the latest version of this plugin and the latest version of wordpress. The notification is set to html email. Hope to hear from you soon because I want to solve this for my customer. |

| Hello Geert, Can you please let me know that you can send and receive mail from you hosting server. Which email notification you are talking about? New Project, New Message, New Comment, New Assigned Task, Completed Task or all of this? Also check the spam folder of the mail application. Thanks |

| It concerns new message and comment. Everything works fine in version 1.1 of projectmanager pro. So it has to do with the updates after version 1.1 |

| Hi Towhid, can you let me know what is causing the problem with email notification. To be more precise about it the problem is with all (New Project, New Message, New Comment, New Assigned Task, Completed Task). As mentioned before at the moment I have reinstalled version 1.1 as there is no problem with notification in that release. |

| I also have the same problem so its probably not a problem in our servers or our configuration, its a problem with the plugin. If I leave the email as plain text in the setting of the plugin notifications works perfectly fine but the emails come with unformatted html. |

| No, is definatelly not coming to spam, thats the first thing I checked. This is an issue that many people are having since the last update, and I think Its a very important thing to fix. Also, If I check to receive emails on plaintext they work fine, but they are full of unformatted html …. ? |
