    Hello, my sellers do not get invoice notifications when a customer makes an order. please help

    Can you please tell your seller to check their mail spam tab section and make those email “not spam” and let me know the result.

    I just installed Dokan to my site. so it has never been working

    Hello Kelechi,

    Please check if you have the latest version of the plugin installed. If the issue is happening in Version 1.3 then check for your theme or plugin conflicts. You can disable all your plugins except Dokan. I have seen you have installed lots of plugins in your site which has chance of plugins conflict.
