Nayem Team - notify coworkers doesn't stay checked after the user who checked it logs out and logs back in. Why? Thanks in advance! -Paul

Hello Gretchen,

When you will create a new project with new co-workers and if you have checked notify co-workers then the co-worker will be notified. After creating the project when you will edit the project with new co-worker you have to again checked the notify co-worker option. This is the default system.

Thank you 🙂

What was the reasoning to have the system work in this fashion? In my mind, it is reasonable to expect a “setting” to stay “set”. Thoughts?

Hello Gretchen,

The system is- When you will add new co-workers in the middle of the project then if you want to notify them then you have to check the notify user option and if you do not want to notify them then leave it as uncheck. It will not set automatically all the time. It is our default system.

Thanks.

So, to clarify, the notify coworkers setting will stay set if no new co-workers are added in the middle of a project?

Hello Grethecn,

The notify co-workers option will always remain unset. You have to set it when you want to notify co-workers after adding them in the project.

Thanks.
