    Hi Support,

    Currently I'm looking into documentation here:

    It said :

    And for the private note only seller will get the e-mail notification.

    I already test the private note, the seller won't received any notification when admin add private note.

    Please help.

    Can I have temporary fix for this? Because I need to contact seller manually if order coming in.

    Because the setting in my store, seller can't change the order status, because the admin will validate the payment and notify seller that payment has been validated and they can proceed for shipping, I need a communication between seller and admin, that is through Private Note.

    Sorry for inconvenience! I talked with development team. They said this functionality is coming from WooCommerce, Dokan is doing nothing here. Here is WooCommerce Documentation for Order Note. In near future development team will try to implement this feature. Thank you..
