Output Form without inputs

Nayem	I'm a developer and I created a Form => Questionnaire style that I want to output in view only. I looked deep into the plugin and render-form.php will output the form..what I need is to get this: feild label / field meta in some way or another so i can structure it into html. I don't mind creating a shortcode for it and sending back to you so that you can add it as a feature in your plugin! It would basically be the [wpuf-edit] but with the data only...not the html structure..array or html output would be fine(ex. feild label meta value )
